This program is great for self-employed and commission borrowers. It allows you to "State" your income without the need for verification. Our other exciting program is the SISA, meaning Stated Income - Stated Assets. This program works just like the stated income, but assets are also not verified. Bank accounts and funds are only "Stated" on the application.
Both programs only require a verbal confirmation of the borrower's employment.
